Connect with Us

We’re pretty flexible, but generally the process includes:

• Alignment chat
• Kick off and discovery
• Content outline development
• Build and design
• Review
• Launch!
• Handover and education

Timelines can vary depending on your project’s unique requirements including UX needs, feedback cycles, and brand style readiness. Generally, a web touch-up takes 5-10 days, while a new website takes 2+ weeks.

Web Design & Development Services Pricing

Generally, web design projects begin at $3,000, and are charged per hour. Hourly rate and project estimates are available upon request.

Invoicing

We invoice for the estimated total project cost with a 50% deposit to book and secure your time, then 50% upon completion to launch.

Assets and website hosting

Clients are responsible for any and all website project costs: domain(s), hosting, certificates, plug-ins, add-ons, etc. We do not make any purchases that require reimbursement; rather, we share with you how to make those purchases on your own accounts whenever necessary.

We’re happy to help you find free images and fonts, or provide discounts whenever possible.

We’ll teach you how to update and take care of the site with how-to documents, video training- whatever you need to be enabled to take charge of your own site and content.

For further work we charge hourly for content updates, scheduled and on-call maintenance, and other tasks.
